I ran across these post the other day THE FADER & ARJANWRITES, I’m very happy to see Rai Knight getting some great press. We’ve been hip to her since Mr. Postman was featured in HYPEBEAST. Rai Knight is from Warren, MI and is signed to FrontStreet Records, she works with The Skouts production team and writes her own material. Nonetheless, she’s dope and I forecast some huge news from her rather soon

No CommentsThe difference is Rai Knight. What would be expected as a cover, Rai Knight’s Mr. Postman is the perfect rebirth of the classic Mr. Postman by The Marvelettes. On Rai’s rendition she crafts an ode thanking her postman for being the vessel which carries her love letters. The verses are the letters, the chorus is the urgency “hey hey Mr. Postman, wait wait Mr. Postman!”
