Good Girl, Bad Guy
I asked a female friend of mines “why do good girls like bad guys?” She responds and her theory is as follows, “men fall in love once and once they’ve been broken they tend to never give themselves again. So in essence, a ‘good’ girl feels she can be the one to mend the heart of this ‘bad’ guy and live happily ever after.”
I feel this record supports that theory but also introduces the mindstate of the “Bad” Guy. Oseeola enjoys life; meets this girl, likes this girl, but enjoys life.
But what makes this story interesting is that “good” girl played the game right, she gave Osee just enough space to where he sought her!
The Skouts and Gayle lend Oseeola a hand while he’s reeling this “good” girl in. The. Track is club ready, while the chorus sang by Gayle accompanies the track perfectly.
