During a performance at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, a pregnant Alicia Keys took a stumble while performing “Love Is Blind’
The mother-to-be jumped up quickly after the fall and did not miss a beat. Luckily the R&B singer was not harmed and was able to continue her performance with no problem.
This performance was one of her last before she takes her maternity leave. Keys and fiance Swizz Beatz are expecting their first child together.

Alicia Keys is so talented and has such a work ethic but its hard to see her out there performing in this condition.I can imagine that fall on the stage had to be tought on her.
