Sources indicate that Brittany Murphy’s entire estate will be left to her mother.
Apparently before she was married, Brittany created a handwritten will that said she would leave all of her assets to her mother. This will was kept in her managers safe.
Simon Monjack, Brittany’s husband, said that she had a formal will with a trust created after they were married, with everything still going to her mother.
Her estate has already been put up for sale by her mother Sharon for $7.25 million. This Hollywood Hills mansion sits on 1.29 acres and is 8,000 sq. ft. Brittany purchases the house in 2003 from another Britney (Spears) for just under $4 million.
While the cause of Murphy’s death is listed as “accidental,” we’ve learned that she had a prescription for 120 Vicodins 11 days before she died. She was supposed to take a maximum of 4 per day, but when she died 109 pills were missing from the bottle. If she took the maximum number of pills suggested she should’ve had 76 left, but instead she only had 11 in the bottle. The L.A. County Coroners Office is having trouble locating the doctor who prescribed them and are wondering why they were prescribed in the first place.
Yesterday her husband said that he and her mother have found 73 of the pills and that the prescription was not actually written for Murphy, but for him or her mother. First Michael Jacksons doctor in trouble, and now possibly Brittany Murphy’s- Bizarre!

What a waste of a very beautiful young lady.. It would seem she had a lot to offer the world still and it’s a shame no one could help her…
